Commercial and Residential Overhead Door Territory Manager:

Outside Sales position responsible for commercial and residential door sales for Overhead Door Company of Santa Clara Valley in the greater Bay Area. Primary products are bidding and selling commercial rolling steel doors, sectional garage doors and commercial high-performance doors including industrial dock and door equipment and accessories. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in commercial construction, bidding to general contractors and/or selling direct to end-users. We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail oriented individual able to work with minimal supervision.

This position is supported by a centralized team for service dispatch, product ordering, contract execution, and project management. Requires a strong ability to communicate internally within Engineered Products, a Pape' Company and externally with vendors and customers. Must have attention to detail and the ability to cultivate customers, keep the sales process moving, and multitask between different responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include assisting with architectural specifications, order entry, material procurement, logistics, and project management. Prior knowledge/experience with commercial overhead doors and familiarity with new construction bidding and general contracting is preferred.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

Preferred AS or BS Degree or applicable work experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

Ability to drive and travel within the Bay Area
